First Day

Yom Rishon - "Motzaei Shabbat" (מוצאי שבת) refers to Saturday night, the time immediately following Shabbat (the Jewish Sabbath) when it is permissible to resume weekday activities that are prohibited on Shabbat. It's a time when Shabbat's "rest" is over, and the transition back to the workweek begins.
