</div><div>[T]he Court did not consider the fact that while the mainstream media has largely ignored Defendant’s pending motions, when the word “Judge” appears before a person’s name, this political adornment suggests to the public that there now is some higher level of wisdom than among the mere mortal lawyers in the case, and as such, every single mainstream media organization repeated the Court’s words as gospel. The direct consequence was swift and clear; that is, undersigned counsel have received overnight and continuing today a flow of hatred in the form of voicemail and electronic mail from self-proclaimed patriots containing threats, intimidation, and the desire that both undersigned counsel promptly die. One communication specified that the cause of death for Ms. [Katherine] Seikaly should be by fire. Apparently some of these brave self-proclaimed patriots were whipped into their frenzy by a cable television entertainer unknown to undersigned counsel named Rachel Maddow who devoted a significant portion of her variety program to the words spoken by the Court yesterday. So while counsel’s words used in advocacy can hurt, the words of a Judge can have devastating consequences.</div><div>
</div><div>— Reed Smith partner Eric Dubelier, in a filing submitted in the wake of being benchslapped by Judge Dabney Friedrich (D.D.C.) for his “unprofessional, inappropriate, and ineffective” filings made on behalf of his client, Concord Management and Consulting, in the Mueller investigation. Dubelier was summarily chastised by the likes of widely known MSNBC host Rachel Maddow for using profanity-laced quotes from the movie “Animal House” in the motion that made Judge Friedrich call him out.</div><div>---</div><div><div>‘Robert Mueller Has Nude Selfies’ Is The Headline That Defines The Law In 2018</div><div>We built a shining city on a hill. </div><div>Robert Mueller is doggedly chasing down multiple vectors of Russian interference in America’s elections in a sweeping probe that’s netted a ton of indictments and plea deals, making it truly disturbing to realize that in 2018 it’s entirely possible to consume only news telling you that none of this has happened and it’s all a witch hunt. Orwell famously envisioned a monolithic state media operation pumping out official disinformation. In reality, the future delivered one cable channel and a loose conglomeration of alternative media conspiracy theorists capable of weaponizing gullibility.</div><div>
</div><div>But far more disturbing is the allegation made in a filing yesterday that Mueller’s investigation has turned up some nude selfies. Taking a look at the cast of characters in this investigation and that’s a truly terrifying revelation.</div><div><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">
</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">The filing, by Concord Management and Consulting LLC objected to Mueller’s stance that details of some of his investigation methods must be addressed in camera for national security reasons. Considering the thrust of the overall investigation and Concord’s alleged ties to Putin surrogate Evgeny Prigozhin, this probably means some CIA shenanigans were involved in intercepting messages between hostile foreign operatives under surveillance.</span></div><div>
</div><div><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);"><b>But Concord’s filing penned by Reed Smith’s Eric A. Dubelier and Katherine Seikaly takes an aggressive tone ripped from Sean Hannity’s nightly monologues, branding Mueller’s inquiry a “first-of-its-kind, make-believe case</b>” and deriding the idea that anything that’s turned up nude selfies could possibly be of national security import, giving the rest of us to the same, “wait, what?” reaction we had when we first heard some dumbass tell us that Grover dropped an F-Bomb (he didn’t).</span></div><div>
</div><div>Could the manner in which he collected a nude selfie really threaten the national security of the United States?</div><div>
</div><div>First of all… probably, yeah. Second of all, ew.</div><div>
</div><div>Who in this case is running around loading their camera with pictures of their junk? Maria Butina is obviously a suspect because the case against her plays out as some kind of twisted honey pot for some Destro wannabe. But get past Butina and it gets ugly fast. Paul Manafort wearing nothing but an ostrich-feather jacket? Michael Flynn’s 3-star dick? We should all cringe at where Michael Cohen’s intimate photo shoots go after this:</div><div>
</div><div>
</div><div>
</div><div>Thanks Reed Smith for forcing us to never unsee this image. At least we can all pray we’re not talking about Trump’s toadstool.</div><div>

The IRA was the core of Russia’s social media effort to support Donald Trump. It generated the fake sites for not just “groups” that supported Trump, but also the sites that weaponized American racism. Fake “Black Lives Matter” sites intended to frighten white voters in critical areas were being created by the same people making fake “Hillary hates blacks” sites that were intended to suppress African-American votes. Similarly, the Russian agency played nonexistent extremes on both sides of immigration, of gun safety, and of every issue that could be used to lever open a gap among American voters. They even sent actual Russian agents to actual American cities to stage actual protests.<b> On Twitter alone, the IRA created 3,800 known accounts and sent 176,000 tweets that were seen by millions of Americans. Some of those tweets were retweeted by such conservative Trump supporters as Ann Coulter. Some of them were retweeted by members of Trump’s campaign, like Michael Flynn. </b><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">The YouTube videos the IRA created also got broad notice on the right. So did their GIF memes. And when they had trouble getting an idea to break through organically, the Russians did it the old-fashioned way: They bought ads. Why did Starr choose to believe Wiley instead of Steele's sworn retraction that questioned Wiley's truthfulness? To add to Starr’s flimsy case, another witness cast more doubt on Wiley’s claim that she was fondled by the president. Harolyn Cardozo, like Steele an ex-friend of Wiley's, told the FBI that Wiley boasted that she could become famous as a Clinton accuser. In addition, Wiley reportedly had passed one polygraph test but failed another. Steele's lawyers refused to confirm this, but they did say, "There is a substantial polygraph issue with regard to their own witnesses."</font></font></font></p><p align="JUSTIFY" style="font-family: " times="Times" new="New" roman="Roman"><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"><font size="4" face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></font></font></p><p align="JUSTIFY" style="font-family: " times="Times" new="New" roman="Roman"><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"><b>Steele repeatedly claimed that Wiley was lying and that Starr did not want to believe the truth -- that Steele knew nothing about Clinton’s alleged advances toward Wiley.</b> On the other hand, Wiley charged that Steele was lying. However, Tripp claimed that Wiley appeared to have enjoyed the encounter and was not upset as Wiley had claimed to have been. In addition, McDougal testified that Starr should have been the person on trial for attempting to force false testimony.
