Cumming</a> recognized the growing need for risk researchers and practitioners to publish their work in a dedicated <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_journal" title="Scientific journal" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(11, 0, 128); background: none;">scientific journal</a>.
