Risk deemed acceptable

You have all the information you need, now. You have a clinical profile consistent with MCI due to AD, or mild AD. You have excluded other causes to a reasonable degree of clinical certainty. There is biomarker support for AD in the form of PET/CSF +/- p-tau 217, preferably BOTH. Ideally, you have performed risk stratification and know the ApoE genotype of your patient (E2/E2, E2/E3, E3/E3, E3/E4, E4/E4, or E2/E4).
