Algol

"Yes, Algol is indeed considered a fixed star in astrology. It is located at 26°10′ Taurus¹. Algol is also known as Beta Persei and is a part of the Perseus constellation¹. It's a rare triple star system located in the Medusa’s Head, carried in the left hand of the Hero, Perseus Constellation¹.

Algol is often referred to as the Demon Star² and has a reputation for being one of the most wicked stars in the sky³. It represents the head of the Gorgon Medusa, who was slain by Perseus¹. Medusa was originally a beautiful maiden, but her hair was changed into hissing serpents by Minerva¹.

In astrology, Algol has the spectral class B8 + K0, which indicates the planetary nature of Jupiter and Mars¹. It is said to have a strong influence on the natal chart, often corresponding to very distinctive facial features and hair¹. It is also associated with intensity, transformation, and a sprinkle of darkness².

However, it's important to note that interpretations can vary and it's always a good idea to consult with a professional astrologer for deeper insights²."
