History

First verran, after the GK was named Kaxak, he was a goatfolk. His grandchildren went out to various parts of the mountains and formed their own regions, some are named after these. Each took several hundred others with them to start these new regions. Cities were founded near giant caves in the mountains.

Not all that set forth survived to their assigned regions, and therefore the regions did not earn their names. Even as later groups set out to develop these regions, they were not given a name of one of the family or the leader of the expedition. The names given described their location instead.
