Fail Chance
<p>As certain events occur during a fight, etc, a player will take a negative percent chance on certain actions which override a d20 roll. A player that has taken a Chance of Fail must roll a d100 to determine if the action was successful, if the result is less than their Fail Chance the action fails.
when a Negative event takes place, the next action(s) the player takes will be affected by the negative, until an action is taken to remedy the affliction (wiping blood from the face); if the player has multiple attacks, the negative affects the next attack, otherwise the negative waits until the next round.
Negative affects are cumulative.

Example: a player slashes an enemy with a critical hit and blood splatters across the player's face, the player takes a 5% fail chance on their next action, and continue to take that negative chance until the condition is cleared.
