Tidal walls

<p>Many coastlines suffer from tidal surges due to the potential for three alru to be pulling. For this reason, many coast line cities have tall walls around the developed areas to prevent flooding.

Tides can also cause shallow bays to empty completely.

The Roia can also effect the tides, during the middle months.
