Loutrrival Harbor

<p>The inner harbor of Lout Bay has three narrow entrances, and has three islands within it. The waters are calm except in storms, and the harbor has a sailing school known the world over. There is a large diving industry as well as boat manufacturing. Within the Harbor, fishing has strict quantity per season limits in place to protect the sea life.</p>
