Then needs to be manually activated and signature allocated - Stephanie looks at list.

Regarding getting WiseStamp to generate signatures for the Rebalance Knowledge Network ...

I am guessing that we subscribe to the WiseStamp "Basic" plan at $1.50 per seat per month.

To get support for multiple domains we will need to subscribe to the "Plus" plan at $1.80 per seat per month.

I can do further research, but it will help if you can provide me with our WiseStamp account details and/or set me up as an administrator.

• Does Onboarding & Offboarding include WiseStamp?
  • I had to specifically request that licenses be released, e.g., for Robyn Torres for whom Connetic confirmed offboarding on 5/29.
  • Joshua: Have not historically managed WiseStamp. Have only just got the admin.
  • But they are synced with 365 - if a user is added to 365, automatically creates an account in WiseStamp. Syncs all users, but as inactive. But does not assign licenses. Similarly removes from WiseStamp.
  • kms: Run licensing by Stephanie. Do we want Connetic to activate?
• Some strangeness with WiseStamp
  • For Amy her WS signature does not appear for her, only recipients
    • Joshua: Server side - supports all platforms, signatures applied after sending.
    • Outlook: Preview signature before
    • Mac: Needs new Outlook at least version 16.56
  • For Stephen, WS signature only in Outlook app, not OWA.
