Hello Kevin,
Would you kindly initiate a new email for: accounting@rebalancekn.com that goes to David and Katy, followed by training them on how to send messages out from that email?
**Also, the corporate Rebalance signature appears on these (Different URL): Would you investigate WiseStamp to see if there is a way to have separate signatures based off of the email url???
4/19 - kms:
Regarding getting WiseStamp to generate signatures for the Rebalance Knowledge Network ...
I am guessing that we subscribe to the WiseStamp "Basic" plan at $1.50 per seat per month.
To get support for multiple domains we will need to subscribe to the "Plus" plan at $1.80 per seat per month.
I can do further research, but it will help if you can provide me with our WiseStamp account details and/or set me up as an administrator.
Thanks.
4/19 conversation with Stephanie:
- Don’t want to spend money on an upgrade at this point.
- Stephanie sees signatures when she composes emails ...
- kms to look into signature options.
- Document and share ...

Subject: How to fairly easily generate Knowledge Network email signatures
To: Stephanie Arnold <sarnold@rebalancehealth.com>
Hi Stephanie,
Here is a fairly simple, low cost way for our team to have KN signatures, like my one below.
In Gmail settings, add a new signature. For the test KN signature below I copied/pasted in my RebalanceHealth signature, then made a few tweaks to the URLs, etc.
If we want separate images we can do so, or we can leave them as it.
Clearly one can remove / change phone numbers too.
Then on new emails or when replying to emails that came into cs or accounting @http://rebalancehealth.com, click the "pen" signature icon at the bottom of the email to select the appropriate signature.
If you are happy with this approach, I will share with Cole, Jessica, David and Katy.
Noting David is on a Mac, and I'll need to look into Mac Mail. Temporarily he could use Gmail if he needs to reply to KN emails.
The outstanding question is what should our standardized KN signature be, including images?
4/22 - S: Hold on. Need to think through links in images. Use plain text?
Don’t share with the KN team yet.
