Dried root: 1-4g,

Standard Decoction 6-8 ounces 1-3 times daily - 1-2 tsp/cup water, simmer 20 min. Do not decoct for long periods due to loss of potency.

Tincture Dried root (1:5, 40% alcohol); 1-3 ml 2-3 times daily

Glycerite Dried root (1:5); 5-10 ml (1-2 tsp) 2-3 times daily

Capsules 1,000-2,000mg 3 times daily
