Basic Preparations

Mistakes to Avoid:

It's dangerous to make nourishing herbal infusions out of plants that have a strong scent.Chamomile is a good example, these herbs are only to be used in a quick brewed teas.

• Why?You're extracting a dangerous level of volatile organic compounds, & drinking these destroys gut health, disrupts endocrine systems, & can even do sincere damage to your liver!

•2.)It's dangerous to to add anything water based to anything oil based & not add a preservative. I don't care if it's "just" for your or "just" for a friend.

•Why?Within 3 days, sometimes less, oil+water creations WILLhave an explosion of bacterial growth, this is basic science.Full stop.No that essential oil ISN'T a preservative & yes you can literally give someone a flesh eating disease.

• 3.)Talking to people about an herb that has well know side effects/interactions without telling people of the dangers.Such as saint johns wort.
