Can NADH supplements cram more NADH into the system?
What’s the difference between the NADH/NAD+ and the NADPH/NADH ratios?

It's a reduced form of NAD. A reduced form has more energy. NAD and NADH does not cross the mitochondrial membrane. Inside the mitochondria NAD and NADH are synthesized de novo via salvage pathways. Its not incorporated by anything you eat or your supplements. It has to be manufactured inside the mitochondria. So what is the supplement doing? See NAD. It may be involved in signaling between the cell's nuclear DNA and the mitochondrial DNA to do their job.

Mitochondira & NAD(H):

In the cell we have sugar/glycolysis that breaks down through the Krebs cycle and eventually enters the mitochondria. The ATP that's produced for energy is literally a little nano-motor at the end of the electron transport chain, phosphates are coming in and it's spitting out ATP.

The Kreb's cycle only produces 2 ATP. But when it goes through the mitochondria electron transport system we get 34 ATP.

Collagen is high in glycine which is important for NADH, which is a reservoir for electrons so it can reduce the antioxidants once they're oxidized. Ketones also help NADH. Collagen also has hydroxyproline which is a raw material to build our connective tissue.
