<p>Always strain through muslin or doubled coffee filters to remove hairs that can stick in the throat or digestive system if swallowed. Because mullein has strong resolvent and resorbent properties , it should not be used in cancers and any swellings where it would be injurious to have a deposit absorbed.</p>
