Growth Hormone, Hypersecretion

<p>If growth hormone is being released in higher amounts in childhood before the growth plates close, its going to lead to gigantism. Once the growth plates close and the bones and muscles still respond to growth hormone, but the long bones no longer extend, then you get acromegaly.</p>
