Another director of particular interest is Evan Galbraith , formerly with Shearman & Sterling and Morgan Guaranty Trust Co NYC before becoming chairman of Bankers Trust International between 1969-75 and managing director of Dillon Read & Co, London & NYC between 1975-81. In 1985 he joined Morgan Stanley.

The focus has been on George Vojta, as he was representative of Deak, which in turn managed funds of the CIA and those private individuals who allegedly moved them through Bankers Trust.  The efforts to realise a settlement through the Bureau of Public Debt have been frustrated because David Green is in a similar file with other individuals.  Hence the intended approach via Robert Carswell, CEO of PEFCO and Shearman & Sterling to effect a settlement with Bankers Trust.
