concerns the largest portfolio of mineral right holdings on the planet. The entry point is Bernard Glazer and his acquisition of the British South Africa Companies and others in the 1950's. Also his close relationship with the former South African Government under the apartheid era (1948 - 1994) and how his structures were used to either mitigate sanctions and/or create a global empire with industrial, financial and property holding companies which remain silent today in terms of his architecture. Glazer was a "Global Citizen" in terms of holdings before the phrase was coined. Also about the externalisation of assets out of South Africa and the sum that was provided by the SARS Business Intelligence Unit (SARSBUI) in 2005, US$468B - excluding mineral rights in South African Development Community(SADC).

What is silent about the Nixon Administration that has eluded historians all these years is the "Discretely Callable" issuance of the B-Series Bonds which total US$147.4B of 30 year US Treasuries(1975 - 2005), which represented at the time approximately 50% of the worlds's currency in circulation linked to the Gold Standard(US$250B).
