Foreword
The Nixon paradox 1970-1974 has dodged historians for years.
The premier of Oliver Stone film, “Nixon” was heavily debated on C Span by historians searching for the missing bricks in the wall. Everyone knew President Kennedy passing was controversial, and had paved the way for Nixon. Gold holdings or lack of it was one subject, but little is known about the first series of gold engraved US Treasury Bonds. The oil weapon and consolidation of liquid gold 1973 was the weapon of choice for the New Order of Debt that followed and architecture today.
President Nixon left office 1974 and stated, ‘History will be my judge’.
President Clinton left office 2000 and commented, “What a Ride!”

The name is derived from the registered signatory, David Green, a British National who in 1975 acquired 2 CUSIP (Committee Uniform Securities Identification Procedure) of US Treasuries for $4,224 billion.
How a British National, purchased these securities is another subject, but the issuance of this CUSIP, there is smoke & mirror surrounding 17 CUSIPS behind one CUSIP number namely 912810 BU1.
Of the total issuance $147,400 billion of 30 year Bonds, $140 billion was assigned to the 20 year reconstruction of Riyadh. The exchange of goods and services followed the quadrupling of the oil price 1973, and the Saudis essentially received a project for 25% in the Dollar.
The architecture of modern history has its foundations in the second term of the Nixon presidency 1972-74 and the issuance of off balance sheet United States 30 year Treasury bonds 15 May 1975 -2005.
What changed the World in the 1970`s is “a separate thing; individual, distinct, consisting of unconnected distinct parts, the Bonds are ‘Discretely Callable’ – Bloomberg security Display.
A passage quoting Teddy Roosevelt: The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena….who strives valiantly, who knows great enthusiasm, the great devotions, and spends himself in worthy causes. Who at best, knows the triumph of high achievement and who, at worst, if he fails, fails while daring greatly so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.
This report is designed to revisit basic of architecture of modern day capitalism, with research fundamentals of how a few ‘individuals’ marshalled resources like never before in history.
‘With hindsight, what may appear a bad decision today may have been the BEST decision of the day?
