Project Management Factor

The Project Management aspect represents the discipline that addresses the technical side of a change by designing, developing and delivering the solution that solves a problem or addresses and opportunity, within the constraints of time, cost and scope.

Note that for projects using iterative solution development frameworks (such as Agile), some of the Project Management factors may need to be revised to ensure that the assessment results are meaningful.
