6. A work breakdown structure with deliverables is complete.

A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a breakdown of all the work required to complete a project. The WBS is used by the project manager to break the project deliverables down into manageable tasks and provide the project management team with an approach for completing the project. The WBS often takes the form of a tree structure with multiple levels. A well-developed WBS will help members of the project management team and key stakeholders to visualize a complex project the dependency-related deliverables.
