User error, cannot open thebrain 14 installer on MacOS #95523

To better understand the issue, could you please confirm where the .dmg file is currently located? Is it saved in your Downloads folder, or are you attempting to open it directly from TheBrain?

It would also be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the .dmg file as it appears in Finder. This will give us a clearer idea of its location and any potential issues.

If the file isn’t in your Downloads folder, please try the following steps:

1. Download a fresh copy of the installer from https://thebrain.com/download and save it directly to your Downloads folder.
2. Once downloaded, locate the .dmg file in Finder and double-click it to start the installation.
