Thank you for sending the two options.
Both systems appear to meet the general memory and storage range we discussed for running a large Brain. However, because they use Snapdragon processors and you also intend to run local AI, the final suitability depends on the specific AI software and models you plan to use.
That part falls outside what we can reliably evaluate through TheBrain Support. I recommend confirming Windows-on-ARM support, memory requirements, and hardware acceleration directly with the provider of your local AI software before purchasing.
From TheBrain’s perspective, I would prioritize:
- at least 32 GB of memory,
- a fast SSD,
- and enough local storage for your Brain attachments and other files.
More memory would provide additional headroom when running TheBrain alongside demanding local AI software.
