Video: Significance of Filling Out Someone Elses’ Forms

American Jurisprudence Pleading and Practice Forms Annotated is a collection of pleading and practice forms. These forms provide language for pleadings and motions filed with a court in litigation. They include language for complaints, answers, motions to dismiss, and other motions.

You can buy American Jurisprudence Pleading and Practice Forms Annotated at Legal Solutions from Thomson Reuters. You can also access the current version online via Westlaw.

Most statutory statuses you will find on government forms relate to your civil status, NOT your political status (nationality). Every government form PRESUMES a civil/legal/statutory status and NOT a constitutional status. If they ask you if you are a citizen on a government form you should not presume they mean a political status (nationality). The response then should be “I’m an alien” because they are talking in the statutory sense.

When you use somebody else’s form, you are “applying”. What that means is you are begging to be in a certain status or standing or certain position. You are reducing your status. When you use their form, you just lost jurisdiction and control over any aspect of you. When you fill out forms such as IRS forms, a W4 form, you are agreeing to follow all of the rules. Imagine the small W4 form is the signature page of 600 pages of contract that you don’t see in front of you. By signing it you are saying you read all of it and understand it. All you ever see in paperwork is the tip of the iceberg.
