HANDBOOK FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE PEACEFUL SOVEREIGN STATES OF AMERICA!
See the timeline below.
Each state is a sovereign Nation State unto itself. When the Founding Fathers of the 13 colonies started our government, they each represented their particular land areas and they formed what were then called “Jural Assemblies” which were a group of local people who came together at their local meeting halls to discuss how to self-govern their county and Nation-States under Common law (each state is a sovereign nation unto itself). Counties and Nation-States across America are once again forming Jural Assemblies to take a stand for ‘We the People’ that will restore our lawful government.
We follow Due Process of Law of law, remain in honor as we peacefully assemble, “keeping our hands clean”.

What is an Assembly?
Quoted from Black's Law 6th Edition Dictionary. ( Black's Law Dictionary is the most widely used law dictionary in the United States Assembly. )
The concourse or meeting together of a considerable number of persons at the same place. Also the persons so gathered.
Political assemblies are those required by the constitution and laws: for example, the general assembly. The lower or more numerous branch of the legislature in many of the states (e.g. N.Y.) is also called the "Assembly" or "House of Assembly." See also House of Representatives.
Popular assemblies are those where the people meet to deliberate upon their rights; these are guaranteed by the Constitution. See Assembly, right of.
Assemblyman. Member of state Assembly (q.v.)
Assembly, right of. Right guaranteed by First Amendment, U.S. Constitution, allowing people to meet for any purpose connected with government; it encompasses meeting to protest governmental policies and actions and the promotion of ideas. See Unlawful Assembly
Assembly, unlawful. The congregating of people which results in antisocial behavior of the group, e.g. blocking a sidewalk, obstructing traffic, littering streets; but, a law which makes such congregating a crime because people may be annoyed is violative of the right of free assembly. Coates v. City of Cincinnati, 402 U.S. 611, 91 S.Ct. 1686, 29 L.Ed.2d 214. See Unlawful assembly.
The Courts have ruled that the government is NOT the protector of the constitution. If the government is not the protector of the constitution, then who is?
“It is not the function of our government to keep the Citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the Citizen to keep the government from falling into error.” American Communications Ass’n v Douds, 339 U.S. 382,442

Michigan Assembly Introduction Video
See State Assemblies
After your county has settled its de jure assembly, the assembly will be able to direct your elected officials how to govern you, audit their books and processes, and receive a redress of grievances. The assembly can also form petit and grand juries for pursuing legal recourse through common law processes. The grand jural assembly has more power than the Supreme Court of the United States, because the grand juries are composed of WE THE PEOPLE.
By giving notice, other states, such as Michigan and Texas and Ohio, issued 21 requisitions to the Presidents of the united states, joint chiefs and DOJ; 17 of which have been completed to date. Among them was one to Obama, refusing boots on the ground into Syria and another was to President Trump, directing him to organize the Space Force as another branch of the military and another, to President Trump to dissolve the Corporation of the United States, by putting it into bankruptcy - which he did in January of 2020.
At the county level, county assemblies can give notice to their school boards, county boards and other elected officials. They will then be able to give directives to those governing bodies that will ensure they are honoring their oath of office. Examples of these directives include:
- Cancel all mask mandates
- Cancel any requirements for taking the deadly (bio-weapon) known as the covid-19 vaccine
- Cancel any and all teaching of critical race theory
- Audit and change local and state election processes
- Institute prayer back into the schools
- Audit county and city budgets and KAFR accounts
- Gives directives about how and where to spend tax dollars, and
- Dis-continue other unnecessary taxes and fees such as drivers licenses, vehicle registration, hunting license fees, income taxes, property taxes, to name a few.
