Under the “Buck Act” 4 U.S.C. sections 105-110, the federal government has created a “Federal area” within the boundaries of all the states. You determine your Jurisdiction, Do not let them Presume/Assume it or they will always assume/presume in their favor. That means they will manage you as a ward/incompetent and it will not be in your favor.
