Traffic tickets are a bill of attainder, unlawful, a summary judgment. There is no jurisdiction to hear a traffic ticket in the United States of America.
A traffic ticket is a writ of assistance or a bill of attainder, bills of attainder are against the constitution (Article 1, sec. 9 & 10). You cannot have a writ of assistance that has civil, equity arguments that transmit into law penalties. They can’t throw you in jail for a debt because that’s a debtor’s prison.
When you are pulled over what is happening, the policeman is conducting discovery. Anything you say can and will be held against you. Keep quiet, if you say anything its “yes sir…no sir…”. If they say, “Going a little fast weren’t you?”… reply “I neither admit nor deny.” Stay courteous.
If you get a ticket, check to see if he signed it. If he didn’t, there’s no sworn complaint. If they make you sign it, after your name write U.D. 1-207 without prejudice (that just says you’ve received it).
You want a copy of the complaint so you can file a brief.
