Feudal Title

Title rights, or right to possession and enjoyment, of a feud. Such rights are conveyed by an attorney through a contract of indenture called a Quit Claim Deed, or a Warrantee deed to marketable title in the fee. Such title is forfeit if the one fails to perform one’s duties under the fealty.
