The ability, the power, the qualification, the competency of persons natural or artificial for the performance of civil acts depending upon their state or condition as defined or fixed by law.

In case law almost all of the cases are based on corporate status. Law is being based on corporate capacity and they are trying to apply that same corporate capacity to people but it doesn’t work the same way.
