Compact

Noun. Agreement among two or more sovereigns to accomplish, or facilitate, a common goal or interest, i.e. Covenant of Arkansas, a Free and Independent Nation=State. An agreement entered into by indigenous power of the people inhabiting Arkansas, a Free and Independent Nation=State, to secure unalienable rights, and to bind public servants by pledge to certain fiduciary duties.
