State Assemblies

There are at least two models for running Assemblies;

The Michigan Model (which we follow here in Arkansas)

The Anna von Reitz Model (Anna von Reitz) should be avoided. One of the criticisms of the von Reitz model is it further binds members to the de facto rather than freeing them from it. Anna von Reitz started out with the Michigan Model, then left to start her own,using materials developed by Michigan. She added procedures to change status (State National) which were analyzed by Naval Intelligence and others with law degrees who found many serious problems with her status correction methods; apparently this model has led to some members going to prison.

These two models have similarities and differences which we’ll attempt to clarify throughout this database. These are great discussion points for educating ourselves in the complexities of forming and operating our Assemblies.

Once a State is assembled with 27+ members it publishes a statement three times. Arkansas has completed this. Michigan offers a template for a Settlement . Here is an example of a General Jural Assembly Operations and Functions document

Recognized DE JURE STATE ASSEMBLIES:

In 2013, the first of this ratification process began when the state of Michigan was lawfully recognized and resettled, followed by Alaska in 2019. Other states have also been recognized, such as New York, in 2020, Kentucky, Arkansas and Hawaii, in 2021.

These assemblies, organized and settled by WE THE PEOPLE, have been legally and lawfully recognized by the United States President, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the military, the department of Justice and all other levels of government as the DE JURE ASSEMBLY IN THEIR STATES.
