As a Logical Fallacy:
A straw man argument attacks a different subject rather than the topic being discussed — often a more extreme version of the counter argument. The purpose of this misdirection is to make one's position look stronger than it actually is.
The straw man argument is appropriately named after a harmless, lifeless scarecrow. Instead of contending with the actual argument, they attack the equivalent of a lifeless bundle of straw — an easily defeated puppet that the opponent was never arguing for in the first place.

Strawman is is an abstract term. to explain a concept.
When you see your name in capitals or with a title, Mr. , Mrs., Miss , this is back to Admiralty Law / Maritime Law. Your strawman is created with your birth certificate and it’s registration. When you register your car you are the registered “keeper” but not the owner.
The legal system cannot deal with flesh and blood live humans, only with pieces of paper. Only Common Law can deal with humans. So at your birth they created a piece of paper with your name on it in capitals just like any other corporation. This is done to dupe you later in life to thinking that you are the legal entity and not YOU. Penalties are imposed on the strawman and you, thinking you’re it, pay them.
Some believe they should get rid of their all caps name because it’s not them, however, this may be a mistake because there’s a difference between trade and commerce. When the country was founded and you were a blacksmith in Virginia and you wanted to go do business in South Carolina you could do it because the states created a free trade zone. That’s called trade. But what is commerce? Commerce is between fictions. When one corporation sells a product or service to another corporation, that’s commerce and commerce can be regulated by Congress but trade can’t.
