Regression

When tracking software regressions and UI issues in TheBrain 15 (especially during its beta and initial rollout phases), a few notable interface bugs and regression behaviors tend to impact heavy knowledge-base builders and data managers:

Critical user interface regressions and parsing bugs—particularly regarding how text editors, data tables, and internal node links handle updates.

Behavior change or regression in the Ctrl+K thought-link picker:

The official documentation confirms that Ctrl+K opens the Thought or Web Link picker, but it does not document arrow-key behavior or a setting to disable wraparound. Therefore, I would treat this as a usability bug or regression rather than an intentional documented feature.

Regression in Ctrl+K thought-link picker keyboard navigation

In TheBrain v14, holding the Down Arrow key moved through the result list and
stopped at the final result. Holding Up Arrow stopped at the first result.

In TheBrain 15.0.624.0, the list wraps continuously:
Down Arrow moves past the last result and starts again at the top.
Up Arrow moves past the first result and starts again at the bottom.

This makes it difficult to select a lower result in a long list because the user
must press the key very slowly and stop precisely. The issue is especially
noticeable when searching for team/franchise thoughts among many season
thoughts.

Expected behavior:
Arrow-key navigation should stop at the first and last result, as it did in v14,
or provide a setting to disable wraparound.

This is separate from the franchise naming issue. The naming change improves discoverability, but the picker’s continuous looping makes selection less reliable once the result is found.
