Content Pane (notes), General Questions and Issues
I used to be able to put a Return in the front of a paragraph in v.14. Now in v.15 I have to put the Return at the end of the previous paragraph. This is making it difficult when there is a heading with a horizontal seperator line, which we assume is a new feature of the Content theme templates. It also makes it more difficult if we have created a Table of Contents at the very top of the page and we didn't leave room for a return. Before I used to be able to put a return in front of the paragraph to move it down a row.
Also, when there is a numbered paragraph, I used to be able to go to the left of the number and insert a return . Now, I can't navigate to the front of the number only behind the number. Which means I can not fix a auto-numbering paragraph list if the list has an object, photo, table between the auto-numbering in the list.
I am wonder if it would be possible in v.15 when I am creating a link from text in the content window, that when the thought is created and if the thought already exists when the text is being linked to the thought, could the thought then be selected in the selection pane. I am usually adding a team worth of players at the same time and it is quicker after the link or thought is created to then have it selected at the same moment rather than having to come back and re-highlight the link for each player.
From what’s in the context so far, there’s nothing that confirms whether TheBrain 15 on Windows lets you set a custom background color just for the notes/HTML area (e.g., “slightly light blue”) beyond the built‑in themes. I also don’t have confirmed menu paths for where any such option would be.
Where do I find specifically looking for anything like:
“Note background”
“Editor background”
“Content area background”
Try different built‑in themes and see if any:
Soften the white in the note area, or
Darken the overall UI so the white isn’t as glaring.
