We do not invoice ImpactChoice.
We only do the retirement of the credits on behalf of them, and charge the Project Owner, Carbon Green Africa, a handling fee of USD 0.50 Per credit.

Unit Price (USD / Contracted VER):
USD 1.50 per VER (total contract volume USD 15,000), of
which 0.50 USD/VER (a total of 5000 USD) will be paid upfront
and the remaining will be paid on a monthly basis in line with
the amount of VERs announced to be used by the buyer in that
month, until the total shortfall of $10,000 has been paid.
NOTE: Final Buyer pays to CGI which then forwards 0.5 USD/ton handling fee to us.
The situation is somewhat special:
this buyer directly pays to the PO
we only handle retirement
hence, we will invoice our commission to the PO, but we won’t invoice the full sales price to the buyer.
we will invoice that commission (plus recovery of registry cost) to the PO once we do the next larger payment for VERs, hence crossing out the amounts due.
