Optional Group Apps

An O365 Group can be assigned one or more additional Apps that extend the productivity tool set for the Group.

• A Team - A collaborative workspace
• A Plan - Coordinate Task and Project Management for the entire Group
• A Stream Channel - A Video Channel for the Groups recordings (like an internal YouTube Channel)
• A Viva Engage Channel - A Broad Social Feed that can be shared organizationally and externally (similar in purpose to Facebook, but on a smaller scale)
