He isn’t a government official, but his questions shape government action. A curious and symbolic figure in President Donald Trump’s second administration, Real America’s Voice Chief White House Correspondent Brian Glenn has grown essential to the calculated campaign to redefine what press freedom means in America. Loyalty is rewarded, dissent is punished and the line between reporter and political operative is obliterated.
Under this administration, freedom of the press is a conditional privilege. If you praise the president, you’re welcome. If you challenge him, you should expect retaliation. The White House feeds its preferred outlets — Real America’s Voice, Right Side Broadcasting, Fox News and a handful of right-wing influencers — while starving mainstream reporters of access and painting them as subversive threats. The president has encouraged lawsuits against journalists and media outlets for doing their jobs, and threatened to revoke the broadcast licenses of networks he dislikes. Across the Potomac at the Pentagon, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has quietly rewritten guidelines on press access. In a matter of months, we’ve witnessed a quiet conversion of the American press corps into something more akin to state media. Access is granted on the condition of favorability — and no member of the press is more favored than Glenn.
Glenn masquerades as a White House correspondent while serving as a glorified PR agent for the administration and his partner, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene…Many of Glenn’s questions for Trump are softballs. They parrot MAGA talking points and inject policy proposals straight from Greene’s desk into the official press pool.
:{:{Perhaps best known for berating Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for not wearing a suit to an explosive Oval Office meeting with Trump on Feb. 28, Glenn masquerades as a White House correspondent while serving as a glorified PR agent for the administration and his partner, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga. (Some have called the duo “MAGA America’s favorite couple.”) Many of Glenn’s questions for Trump are softballs. They parrot MAGA talking points and inject policy proposals straight from Greene’s desk into the official press pool.}:
When Glenn asked the president whether he would eliminate capital gains taxes on home sales — one of Greene’s pet policy proposals — it wasn’t an inquiry; it was a plant. The president joked about Glenn being Greene’s boyfriend and moved on. But the question did its job. The congresswoman’s bill made it into the headlines, and it reinforced the unspoken understanding that Glenn is not there to interrogate: He’s there to assist. He is propaganda wrapped in a press pass. }:

Inside MAGA’s fight over Charlie Kirk’s legacy
Before entering conservative political media, Glenn was a host for a regional morning program in Texas. He eventually pitched himself to the bosses at Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN), a conservative media outlet launched in 2016 to livestream Trump rallies. Six years later, he jumped to Real America’s Voice and became an integral node in a communication ecosystem that reinforces MAGA messaging.
Glenn has used questions to prompt immediate executive action, such as the removal of the White House Peace Vigil tarp — a round-the-clock protest for global disarmament that stood in Lafayette Square since 1981. Glenn asked Trump during a recent press appearance about a “blue tent” in front of the White House, saying it was “an eyesore.” Trump barked in response, “Take it down. Take it down today. Right now.” The vigil’s tent and signage were removed by National Park Service officers last week. Trump, perhaps in a moment of confusion, later blasted Glenn as fake news.
Similarly, following the death of right-wing star Charlie Kirk, Glenn pushed Trump to focus his ire on the transgender community and ban the Progress Pride flag. “Then they’ll sue, and they’ll get freedom of speech stuff,” Trump correctly pointed out after Glenn asked about a flag ban. “Well, there’s also groups called Transtifa,” Glenn replied. “So perhaps if you can label them a domestic terrorist group, in all reality, you could take that flag down, because it would represent the Transtifa.”
And Glenn was the reporter who recently suggested to Trump that protesters who interrupted his staged photo-op in Washington, D.C., could be prosecuted under Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations statutes. “You said earlier this week that the women who yelled at you, who were protesting…should be in jail,” Maggie Haberman of the New York Times recently asked Trump. “Do you actually think that that is an offense that deserves jail time?”
The president turned to Glenn to back him up. “Do you agree with that?”
“I think they’re a nasty organization,” Glenn responded.
Haberman continued pressing Trump. “But you think they deserve jail?”
The president replied, “Go ahead.”
When Glenn asked Trump about banning Pride flags or dismantling protest encampments, the administration acted — quickly. But when seasoned journalists question policy on Ukraine, voting rights or reproductive health, they’re usually shut down, ignored or attacked. This isn’t how a free press functions. Dismantling a 40-year anti-nuclear protest in Lafayette Square after a single question from a friendly reporter? That’s suppression. Entertaining the idea of banning Pride flags based on one loaded media prompt? That’s soft authoritarianism. Refusing access to reporters who cover government abuses, while elevating influencers who openly promote administration propaganda? That’s state capture.
And it’s all how autocracies operate.

Meet the Man MAGA America Wakes Up To
Between hosting Right Side Broadcasting Network and dating Marjorie Taylor Greene, Brian Glenn is the next big MAGA media star.

NEW YORK CITY — Brian Glenn was about to go live. Amid the hundreds of reporters crowded outside a Manhattan courthouse on the first morning of Donald Trump’s criminal trial last week, Glenn, the director of programming for Right Side Broadcasting Network, would be delivering the news from the circus straight to hundreds of thousands of faithful MAGA viewers.
Glenn looked like a typical television newscaster, but a bright blue and white pin he wore on the lapel of his suit set him apart from others in the press corral: It featured a big, bold “47” — a nod to Trump’s possible return to the presidency, which was gifted to him by the Trump campaign. Surrounded by Trump fans, Glenn cut the figure of a former homecoming king navigating the crowd at the big game. People wearing red caps kept coming up asking to be interviewed, a request he repeatedly obliged. In between, he pulled out his iPhone and flashed me photos from when he had shown up at this same spot to cover Trump’s arraignment last April.
Pointing to one image, he singled out his girlfriend, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. (He calls himself the other half of “MAGA America’s favorite couple.”) He recounted how his crew had to cut their coverage short that day after Greene was mobbed by press and onlookers. “I probably physically bulldozed a dozen people getting her out of there,” Glenn said.

As Glenn spoke, he stopped mid-sentence, a voice breaking through his AirPods. “30 seconds?” I heard him say. He quickly returned to his mark and began to broadcast to an audience of what would soon blossom into more than 200,000 RSBN viewers spread across YouTube and Rumble, the right-coded video service. “This is Biden’s witch hunt,” Glenn told his viewers. “This is what this is. This is Biden’s trial. This is his ability, or effort right now, to take President Trump off the campaign trail.”

Right Side Broadcasting Network dates back to 2016, when stay-at-home dad Joe Seales launched the online channel in order to live stream Trump rallies. Eight years later, RSBN has grown into a full outlet that employs roughly a dozen people and features a website full of stories. RSBN is like NFL RedZone for Trump rallies, covering them hours before any speakers approach the dais. Now, as Trump’s general election campaign kicks into high gear, it has also cemented itself as the pro-Trump media outlet of record for the MAGA base. The network boasts 1.64 million subscribers on YouTube (a larger subscribership than One America News Network) and another half a million on Rumble.
Glenn is the star who Seales has largely handed control over to. He is the Trump rally gameday host who plumbs the depths of MAGA America in the crowds wherever Trump goes. Glenn is fast becoming one of Trump’s favorite reporters, likely racking up more one-on-one interviews with Trump in the last year than any other journalist. During gaggles, Trump often singles him out for positive-slanted questions after entertaining a series of hardballs from other reporters. Christina Bobb, one of Trump’s revolving cast of attorneys, is a regular guest alongside Glenn on RSBN’s coverage of the trials.

If you’ve seen a viral video of a Trump supporter at one of his rallies circulating on social media, there’s a good chance it came from Glenn’s crew. Earlier this month, when Trump traveled to an Atlanta Chick-fil-A restaurant, it was Glenn and Right Side that captured video of Trump explaining his new state-focused abortion policy. Prominent reporters like the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Greg Bluestein grabbed the clip and posted it to X. And when Trump made an off-the-record stop at a New York bodega where a man was stabbed to death following the second day of his trial, Glenn was there along with other reporters.
“He always goes to Brian — he’ll find him in any gaggle,” said Ron Filipkowski, the Florida defense attorney and anti-Trump online influencer who has logged hundreds of hours watching RSBN, which he calls “C-SPAN for MAGA.” “No one gets to interview Trump anymore. Brian has done the most Trump interviews of anyone over the last four years.”
RSBN has developed a reputation for going nearly everywhere that Trump ends up. Thanks to that flood-the-zone mentality of documenting Trump’s every move, it’s likely your favorite mainstream media reporter’s go-to method for keeping tabs on Trump on days that they’re off the campaign trail.
Filipkowski and Glenn have formed an unlikely friendship online over direct messages that have spanned years, something I did not expect when I reached out to Filipkowski, a prominent X personality who made his name by spending almost every waking moment dunking on Trump and the MAGA movement.
“I actually have found them to be the most valuable resource over the last four years to understanding MAGA — more than any other source,” Filipkowski told me. “I’ve probably posted 50 or 100 Brian Glenn interview clips of Trump, probably even 200. I find those clips incredibly valuable, because you’re getting it unvarnished. That’s when [Trump] lets his guard down a little, when he’s got a friendly face.”

What Filipkowski and many reporters most appreciate about Glenn’s coverage is a simple open-ended question he asks MAGA stans: What is it that you love most about Donald Trump?
“If you say ‘I’m from the New York Times,’ his fans at rallies say ‘you’re fake news’ and don’t talk to you,” Dave Weigel, a Semafor politics reporter who relies on the site, told me. “That’s obviously less interesting than somebody saying, ‘We love you guys. Let me explain to you all my views in an interesting way,’ which is what Right Side Broadcasting does.”
RSBN has “replaced mainstream media in the needs of your average Trump supporter: Why would you turn on Fox where they’re going to cut away when you can watch this website, and they’ve also got more access,” Weigel said.

“Fox is not neatly echoing what the base is saying or feeling anymore,” Glenn told me. “We just kind of filled that space. They abandoned that space.”
Over the last few weeks, in addition to Trump’s recent Pennsylvania rally and the opening days of the New York trial, RSBN has covered a Greene town hall in her home district and Trump’s visit to Atlanta, where they filmed him from the tarmac to the Chick-Fil-A. “It’s gonna be a busy couple of days here at Right Side,” Glenn told viewers as he waited for Trump’s plane to land in Georgia, “but that’s what we do. That’s what we signed up for.” Glenn narrates all of Trump’s movements at official and off-the-record stops. At rallies, he buries himself in the crowd for hours ahead of time. “They’re covering each Trump rally as if they were E! at the red carpet at the Oscars,” Weigel says.
“It’s normal people giving normal people the news,” RSBN founder Seales told POLITICO Magazine in 2017 of his vision for the network.
In our interviews, Glenn presented himself as exactly that, and he has the man-on-the-street interview cred to prove it. He got his start in local broadcast news, including a stint as a features reporter at the Dallas ABC affiliate WFAA-TV, where he became known for his “out-and-about” coverage, according to the former long standing TV critic Ed Bark at the Dallas Morning News. It was the kind of fodder that primed him for interviewing the hoi polloi at Trump rallies, where he has broadcasted for up to 7.5 hours straight at a time.

Glenn speaks to Trump supporters in Harlem after the former president visited a local bodega in New York on April 16.
In one report from 2014 for WFAA-TV, Glenn covered the opening day of the Texas state fair and the Wild West Pet Palooza exhibit, a western-themed live animal show. “I cannot imagine what these dogs would do for a corny dog,” Glenn said of some of the exhibit’s shelter dogs who run around him as he reports. “I know what I would do for a corny dog, and coming up at 12:30, I may sing and dance for a corny dog.”
In July of 2015, WFAA parted ways with Glenn, though, saying his tone didn’t match the needs of the audience. “My mission has always been to entertain our viewers. Period,” he told Bark at the time. “They receive enough bad news throughout the morning. Why not give them a reason to smile or laugh while informing them on all the community events?”
In his private life, Glenn found himself becoming more politically minded, largely, he says, on account of Barack Obama’s presidency. He told me his employer once forced him to take a social media post down about Obama “doing something unconstitutional” on health care, though he could not recall the specifics. “That’s when I really started paying attention to what was happening in our country,” he told me, “and really what was happening in the Republican Party.”
Later that year, he landed at Salem Media Group in Dallas doing drive-time talk radio focused on business issues while also working for television conglomerate Nexstar Media. He said he was ultimately fired by Nexstar for posting images of a Trump rally on social media, and also criticizing Covid-era lockdowns.
He wasn’t out of a job long though, and by Sept. 2020 he’d landed at Right Side. “I sent them a message, and I literally said, ‘You need to hire me. I want to save this country.’”
There’s something Glenn wants me to know before we go any further during one of our interviews.
“Here’s something I really want you to mention — I take it seriously — I feel like I have a responsibility not to spread any of the, you know, the conspiracy theories and all of the things that people sometimes associate with this movement.”
He told me that if he’s ever interviewing somebody, “I want to stop them and be like, ‘OK, that’s, you know, that’s not true.’ I feel like I have to be a voice of reason, because I do understand the criticism that a lot of people have on the other side of the aisle about things that they think we believe in, so I do feel a responsibility to clarify stuff.”
Brian Glenn talks to Kari Lake at an event for Donald Trump.
Glenn talks to Kari Lake at an event for Donald Trump at SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Jan. 20.
I asked him for an example of one he’s encountered.
“Trump is still in charge, still in charge of the government, still in charge of the White House; that there are multiple Joe Bidens.”
“Just completely bizarre,” he said.
When I talked with Filipkowski, though, he pointed out that Glenn will often only say something back to his subject like, “I don’t want to get sued,” and then move on to someone else, rather than actually rebutting the information. “He might try and stop it halfway through, but it’s still got through,” Filipkowski said. “So, there’s plenty. There’s so many wild, wild, crazy internet conspiracies that they have ended up broadcasting.”
Filipkowski mentioned a group of women whom Glenn interviewed who were espousing a conspiracy involving Trump, John F. Kennedy Jr. and Princess Diana. But what most concerns him about his online friend is not just the people Glenn talks to, but Glenn himself.
“Since he has dated Greene, he has become much more hardcore,” Filipkowski told me. He said that Glenn had become more radicalized on issues like Ukraine aid and House Speaker Mike Johnson’s tenure (he’s against it). “If I ran into Brian in 2014, we probably would have agreed on 90 percent of things,” said Filipkowski, a former Republican. “My thinking is he has probably changed quite a bit like a lot of normal Republicans because of Trump.”

Glenn, of course, told me he does disagree with Filipkowski on that. In our conversations, Glenn denied that he had become more radicalized since dating Greene. (The pair were spotted together in 2022, but Glenn told me it was early last year that they “started really seeing each other on a dating level.”) “He’s from the industry, so he is a great resource. He’s explained a lot, like how things work and yeah, it’s great,” Greene told Semafor last year, confirming their relationship for the first time: “So maybe I’m falling in love with the press.” (Greene’s office did not respond to requests for comment from POLITICO Magazine for this story.)
Glenn told me that the two have never disagreed on matters of politics. “Both of us absolutely live, breathe and sleep America First,” he said. “We focus on every day what she can do on the legislative side and the messaging that I can do with our outlet. And you know, we’re 100 percent behind President Trump and the America First agenda. And like I said, I try to keep everything factual. I don’t buy into all these far-right theories about stuff.”
What Glenn actually believes is pretty transparent throughout his broadcasts and in his interviews with Trump supporters. He told me he thinks Jan. 6 is an “inside job” and that “this whole thing was instigated by antifa.” He also dabbles in 2020 conspiracies, and he told me: “I think there was enough valid election discrepancies to question: Is the outcome legitimate?”
If he knows the MAGA base better than any other reporter, I wondered who he thought would be the 2028 heir to the movement. “Who’s the next man up on the bench to carry the torch?” he pondered for a moment when I posed that question. “I’m gonna say 100 percent that the person I know that their heart is in the right place, their focus is in the right place, and they’re tough enough and strong enough to do it, that’s Marjorie.”
Back in Atlanta two weeks ago, Glenn’s hourslong tarmac reporting shift paid off. Among a din of reporters from mainstream outlets shouting questions on everything from Trump’s abortion policy to his coming trial, Glenn said “Mr. President…”
Hearing a friendly voice, Trump turned Glenn’s way. “Let’s talk about your polling numbers,” he began, as Trump nodded approvingly. Glenn noted that he is “crushing Biden.” Then comes the question: “Thoughts on that?”

Trump looked away to the rest of those gathered.
“Did you hear what he said? He just said I’m crushing Biden in the polls. I appreciate that question — thank you, Brian.”

* ## Lara Trump has attacked trans people and spread conspiracy theories about litter boxes in classrooms
- Trump echoed guest Liz Wheeler’s characterization of gender-affirming surgery as “mutilating your body,” and described the medical community as “sick” for authorizing such care.“Mutilating your body, having your breasts cut off, having your genitals mutilated in some way, that now falls under the care guidelines of this sort of disorder,” Trump said. “And that's really kind of sick on behalf of the medical community.” Right Side Broadcasting Network, *The Right View*, [6/27/23]

Echoing “great replacement” conspiracy theory rhetoric, Lara Trump
- baselessly accused Democrats of bringing migrants into the U.S. to sway elections
- During an interview with former Rep. Vernon Jones (R-GA), Trump stated that the Democrats think they will “just automatically — they think — get the vote of illegal immigrants.” Trump also claimed that Democrats see the tens of millions of illegal immigrants in the U.S. and think “those people will be voting Democrat.” Right Side Broadcasting Network, *The Right View*, [3/9/21]
- Trump on Democrats’ border policies: “I guess the goal, keeping the border open, has been, 'Let’s get all the voters in.'”She continued, “So I guess the goal was just like, open the border, let all these people in, we’ll do away with voter ID laws, and we’ll just hope these people vote Democrat in perpetuity.” Right Side Broadcasting Network, *The Right View,* [10/17/23]
- Trump speculated that policies promoting voting access were “planned” to coincide with mass migration into the US.Trump speculated that “maybe part of their [the Democrats’] plan is, I don't know, to get millions of illegal immigrants in America that have the opportunity to just go vote because you're not checking to see if the person is who they say they are, if they’re an American citizen — like nothing.” She continued, “It does seem suspicious — all the timing and all of it — almost like maybe it was planned.” Right Side Broadcasting Network,*The Right View,* [4/8/21]
- ## Lara Trump has repeated several other extreme talking points, including an antisemitic conspiracy theory about George Soros and attacks on people who have expressed solidarity with Palestinians
- Trump referred to abortion as “murder” on The Right View.During a Fox News appearance,Trump claimed that reproductive rights advocates want “you to have an abortion, as opposed to giving you the choice to choose whatever you want.” Right Side Broadcasting Network, *The Right View*, [7/30/20; Fox News, The Big Sunday Show, 6/26/22, via Twitter/X]
- Echoing Christian Nationalist rhetoric, Trump called the criminal indictments against her father-in-law “spiritual warfare” during an appearance on Hannity. “This is not just about Republican versus Democrat,” she claimed. “This is about good versus evil.” Fox News, *Hannity*, [3/31/23]
- On The Right View, Trump argued that financier George Soros seems to be to blame “any time there’s anything,” and claimed that he is “hell bent” on “destroying not just America, but the entire world.” She said, “It’s kind of shocking to me, we go back to, I feel like, the same guy every single time. Anytime there’s anything — Black Lives Matter protests, 2020 election, you know, kind of nefarious things going on. Here we are back again at George Soros.” As the Southern Poverty Law Center noted, the right’s deeply antisemitic rhetoric about Soros being an all powerful liberal boogeyman is meant to conjure “the notion that shadowy forces, dark money and disloyal individuals seek to overturn and upend American society.” Right Side Broadcasting Network, *The Right View*, [10/31/23; Southern Poverty Law Center, 6/8/23]
- Trump argued that a female progressive group of lawmakers known as “the Squad” “hate Israel” and “have shown their antisemitism at every turn.” Trump claimed, “They have shown their antisemitism at every single turn, and it's horrible to see.” Fox News, *Fox & Friends*, [9/23/21]
- Trump claimed that pro-Palestinian protesters on college campuses “have no idea what they’re talking about” and argued that the Israel-Hamas war is “about murdering Jewish people.”“A lot of people -- at least I think a lot of these college students who have been out there carrying around Palestinian flags — again who have no idea what they’re talking about — are of the assumption that somehow the Palestinians are just trying to get some land back and are fighting for their right to be there,” she said. Trump added, “That is not what’s going on. Very clearly this is about murdering Jewish people.” Right Side Broadcasting Network, T*he Right View,* [10/17/23]

having vacated the far right and joined "centrist" Republicans in supporting sycophant Kevin McCarthy in his bid for speakerdom, Georgia peach Marjorie Taylor Greene is losing the support of her hardline fans. Not only has she engaged in a spat with former ally, the mathematically challenged Lauren Boebert, now a whole array of right-wing hacks, nutjobs, racists, anti-semites, and other former friends are now speaking out against her.
Peters suggested the "wholesome Christian mom" image she ran under was a farce, apparently in light of her divorce, calling her a "two-bit whore."
Likewise, former Right Side Broadcasting Network host-turned-failed Republican congressional candidate Mike Crispi suggested that Greene was being "blackmailed" by McCarthy, which he called the "only logical explanation" for her fervent support.
"All she does is bully and try to discredit," he continued of the Georgia Republican.
White nationalist leader-turned-Kanye West informal campaign associate Nicholas Fuentes additionally turned on Greene earlier this month after she denounced him in late November, despite speaking at Fuentes's annual AFPAC conference months earlier in March.
Fuentes—who now refers to Greene as "Large Marge"—has since encouraged his white nationalist "groyper" followers to heckle Greene at her campaign events.

Wisconsin State Supreme Court on Friday ruled 4-3 that drop boxes for absentee ballots were illegal and declared that President Joe Biden's victory over former President Donald Trump in the 2020 election was illegitimate.
Biden won the popular vote in the Badger State and was thusly awarded its 10 Electoral College votes.
The decision "has critical implications in the 2024 presidential race, in which Wisconsin will again be among a handful of battleground states,"noted the Associated Press.

Tony Evers, Wisconsin's incumbent Democratic governor who is seeking reelection, condemned the court's transparently partisan opinion.
“Politicians should not be able to abuse their power to prevent eligible voters from casting their ballots or cheat by changing the rules just because they didn’t like the outcome of the last election,” he said. “Today’s decision is another in a long line of Wisconsin Republicans’ successes to make it harder for Wisconsinites to exercise their right to vote, to undermine our free, fair and secure elections, and to threaten our democracy.”
Justice Rebecca Bradley, who sided with the majority, asserted that the court was acting to prevent fraud, which she baselessly claimed had impacted the results of past contests – including the race in 2020.
“Thousands of votes have been cast via this unlawful method, thereby directly harming the Wisconsin voters,” Bradley wrote. “The illegality of these drop boxes weakens the people’s faith that the election produced an outcome reflective of their will. The Wisconsin voters, and all lawful voters, are injured when the institution charged with administering Wisconsin elections does not follow the law, leaving the results in question.”

Trump's attorney Christian Bobb expanded on this false narrative and went so far as to proclaim that the outcome of the 2020 election could be reversed.
"Joe Biden cheated, so they could either withdraw their electors or they could actually decide to award Trump electors, although I would anticipate they would just withdraw the electors," she said on the:(style="background-color:#ffff66ff"):}:**:{Right Side Broadcasting Network. "If that happens from three different states, three different resolutions go into Congress – and I'm sorry I'm sort of summarizing this, it's a complicated issue – but it would have to go into the US Congress whether they want to accept the resolutions, whether they want to act on them or not. So it's a complex issue that needs to be handled complexly by different state legislatures and the US Congress."
Bobb then suggested that if "many many elected officials" sign on, Team Trump's dream of overturning the 2020 election can be realized.
Bobb's hot take on RSBM motivated Trump on Saturday to boast on his Truth Social app that he will be president again if the GOP retakes Congress.
"The Wisconsin Supreme Court has just declared the 'Unlock' Boxes, or Ballot 'Stuffing' Boxes, to be ILLEGAL. Everybody knows what went on with the $417,000,000 that littleMark Zuckerberg 'INVESTED' in the corrupt 2020 Presidential Election, and that doesn’t even include the big Wisconsin Nursing Home Scandal where close to 100% of the residents voted (always is MUCH lower number). It’s now up to Robin Vosto do what everybody knows must be done. We need FAIR and HONEST Elections in our Country," Trump rambled.
"Other States are looking at, and studying, the amazing Wisconsin Supreme Court decision declaring Ballot Boxes ILLEGAL, and that decision includes the 2020 Presidential Election," he continued. "Speaker Robin Vos has a decision to make! Does Wisconsin RECLAIM the Electors, turn over the Election to the actual winner (by a lot!), or sit back and do nothing as our Country continues to go to HELL? Brave American Patriots already have a Resolution on the Floor!"
There is no mechanism in the Constitution that provides a framework for nullifying a duly completed and certified election, let alone installing a loser back into power. Even if Republicans retake control of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the November midterms, impeaching and removing Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris (requiring 67 Senators to agree) would hand the presidency to whomever the House Speaker is at that time. In theory, that person could tap Trump to be their veep and immediately resign, but the Senate would first have to approve of Trump's nomination.
Granted, Republicans could indeed drum up some cockamamy scheme to petition the right-wing United States Supreme Court to consider its position to oust Biden in exchange for Trump, in a manner similar to the North Carolina "independent legislature theory" case that the Court has agreed to hear in the fall session. Notably, the courts have so far thrown out Trump's challenges to the 2020 election, including his invocations of executive privilege to prevent evidence of his coup from surfacing.

Nevertheless, one must contemplate the possibilities, no matter how implausible they seem. Is what Trump wants impossible? No. Is it far-fetched? Quite, although it is, without question, on par with this current timeline.

10 People You’ve Never Heard of Who Are Destroying Democracy
The Six States That Could Determine Whether Republicans Steal the 2024 Election
View All ]
In recent years, America’s democracy has faced countless challenges. Some seemed to materialize out of thin air, but many have been the fruit of secretive networks such as the 40-year-old Council for National Policy. Here are 10 individuals who have sown the seeds of disruption and disinformation—and who are setting their sights on the 2024 presidential election.
Larry Arnn
President, Hillsdale College
For decades, Michigan-based Hillsdale has served as an academic partner for the religious right. The college has had a close relationship to the Council for National Policy, the secretive Christian right umbrella organization that directs so much right-wing activism, through Arnn and his predecessor, George Roche III (who left in a cloud of scandal). Hillsdale’s major donors have constituted a who’s who of the radical right, including the Koch network and leading figures from the CNP. Arnn has expanded Hillsdale’s role as a platform for the CNP’s network of megadonors, fundamentalist activists, and media outlets, providing their policy prescriptions with a thin veneer of academic respectability. The college enrolls around 1,500 students, but its leaves an outsize footprint in political messaging. Its highly politicized publication Imprimis is sent to more than six million recipients. Hillsdale operates the Kirby Center in Washington, D.C., where it has groomed young conservatives at the Capitol Hill Staff Training School, run by the Leadership Institute (see Morton Blackwell, below). Hillsdale is also playing a role in the current disruption of public education, which has been used for political leverage in Virginia and beyond. In 2020, Donald Trump appointed Arnn chair of the 1776 Commission, to promote a “patriotic” rebuttal to the 1619 Project’s racially inclusive approach to U.S. history. Hillsdale has led an ongoing campaign to politicize public schools, promoting anti–critical race theory campaigns and assisting in the launch of “affiliate” charter schools in 11 states.
:{:{Joe Seales}:
CEO, Right Side Broadcasting Network}:
RSBN serves as the equivalent of a Trump-specific C-SPAN that has carried nearly every Trump speech, rally, and town hall since July 2015, as well as full coverage of the pro-Trump Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). It also broadcasts a show called The Right View, with Trump daughter-in-law Lara Trump.
On January 6, it livestreamed Trump’s speech inciting the march on the Capitol, and it gave live coverage to the Florida “Freedom Rally to Show Support for President Trump and January 6th Political Prisoners” a year later. In July 2021, RSBN was temporarily suspended by YouTube, but the network looked to its own app and the new pro-Trump platform Rumble to continue to carry Trump’s rallies.
The radical right has been assiduously constructing a parallel media system in recent decades. RSBN, Rumble, and Trump’s new Truth Social platform complement other media initiatives, ranging from traditional fundamentalist broadcasters like American Family Radio to social sites like Gettr and Parler, in the ongoing construction of an alternate political realityfor millions of followers.
In March 2022, after the height of the Ottawa truckers’ protests, RSBN promoted a truckers’ convoy roundtable hosted by Representatives Matt Gaetz and Marjorie TaylorGreene, and it has offered ongoing amplification of Trump’s false election fraud claims. We can be sure that whatever Trump fabricates for future news cycles, RSBN will be repeating it.
Neil Patel
Co-founder and publisher of The Daily Caller
The Caller website was launched in 2010 by Patel and Tucker Carlson, his college roommate, with a $3 million investment from Patel’s fellow CNP member Foster Friess. (Carlson served as editor in chief until 2016 and left the publication in 2019, when Patel bought him out.) The site claims more than 20 million monthly readers, and the Daily Caller News Foundation licenses its content free of charge to almost 300 outlets. Patel has used the site as a platform for voices of the radical right, including Jason Kessler, the white supremacist who organized the Charlottesville rally, as well as climate denial and disinformation, such as a falsified “nude” photo of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The site favors members of the CNP, including Supreme Court spouse Ginni Thomas (a Caller “special correspondent”) and Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk. The Daily Caller has recently launched a Facebook video platform called American Voices, with three million followers, that partners with media platforms of the religious right. It also boosts Carlson’s Fox News broadcasts. The Caller’s YouTube channel features additional Carlson content, comedy and sports programming, as well as regular attacks on Joe Biden, Anthony Fauci, and CNN. It has given ample space to Trump’s false claims of election fraud, and positive coverage of voter suppression legislation.
Jenny Beth Martin
Co-founder and CEO, Tea Party Patriots
Martin launched the Tea Party Patriots in March 2009 in collaboration with Amy Kremer and Mark Meckler, with funding from FreedomWorks, a “grassroots service center” founded with Koch backing. The Tea Party Patriots spent the Obama administration organizing various “spontaneous” anti-government, anti-tax rallies. Martin, Meckler, and Kremer also joined the CNP; by 2020, Martin had risen to the executive committee and Meckler to the status of Gold Circle member. Martin’s Tea Party Patriots became the meeting ground for the secular Koch brothers and the Christian nationalist CNP. She became the go-to woman for organizing campaigns, including political canvassing and public protests. Martin was a key point person for the CNP in Trump’s reelection campaign. In April 2020, she organized “100 Business Executives” in support of Trump, along with fellow CNP members Adam Brandon of FreedomWorks and Lisa Nelson of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). Trump acknowledged Martin by name in his speech before the CNP on the eve of the 2020 GOP convention. On November 4, 2020, Martin announced that her organization was going to hold “Protect the Vote” rallies in swing states. On December 30, she tweeted that she would be speaking at the January 6 Stop the Steal rally: “We must demand Congress to challenge the Electoral College votes and fight for President Trump!” (Martin was present at the rally, but didn’t end up speaking.) Most recently, Martin has spoken out in support of the Canadian truckers’ protest. “We are all truckers now,” she told The Hill in February.
Simone Gold
Founder, America’s Frontline Doctors
Gold was an emergency physician in Los Angeles who was tapped by the CNP leadership to serve as a point person for a massive Covid disinformation campaign. The plan was advanced on a conference call in May 2020, while the pandemic was first raging, and after Trump held his increasingly erratic press conferences that included CNP president William Walton and Trump aide Mercedes Schlapp. The goal was to use physicians to persuade the public that the economy could be opened up in time to benefit the Trump campaign. Gold began a series of appearances on media platforms run by CNP members, disparaging the idea that Covid was a “huge medical crisis,” pushing the false hydroxychloroquine “cure,” and attacking Anthony Fauci.
On July 27, 2020, Jenny Beth Martin introduced Gold and a dozen colleagues standing before the U.S. Supreme Court building, repeating a litany of falsehoods about the virus. Their statements, livestreamed by Breitbart News, quickly went viral, and the video was enthusiastically retweeted by Donald Trump. On January 6, Gold joined the mob that breached the Capitol. She was recorded in the Rotunda denouncing the Covid vaccine as “an experimental biological agent deceptively named a vaccine.” She was charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct (she pleaded guilty in March and will be sentenced in June). Over 2021, she appeared in a series of “Health and Freedom Conferences” across the country, sharing the bill with Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, and Mike Lindell. In 2020, she set up a profitable online prescription service for bogus Covid “cures.”
Morton Blackwell
Founder and president, the Leadership Institute
Blackwell, Paul Weyrich, and Richard Viguerie were young Goldwater activists when they joined forces in the 1960s. Together, they helped to create a constellation of conservative groups, including the CNP umbrella organization and its partner CPAC. Blackwell took on the task of training future generations of right-wing political candidates and activists. His Leadership Institute, launched in 1979, claims that it has trained more than 200,000 people over its history, many of them in county- and state-level sessions in battleground districts. The courses include fundraising, speechwriting, social media, and candidate development. Graduates of the institute include Mike Pence, Representative Jim Jordan, and Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe. The institute’s training is ongoing, especially in contested states. In 2021, the GOP, noting that it needed to net only five congressional districts to take the House, targeted 47 districts, five of them in Texas. That year, the Leadership Institute blanketed Texas, scheduling around 40 training workshops between March and November 2021—many months before the midterm elections. The national Democrats, in contrast, have tended to enter the state campaign arenas a few months or even weeks before the elections, offering minimal training on the ground, limited digital campaign tools, and poorly coordinated data. The institute’s menu of courses reflects the right’s current initiatives, including School Board Campaign Training and a School Board Activist Workshop.
:{:{}:
Cleta Mitchell
Attorney}:
Mitchell is a longtime member of the CNP board of governors. More recently, she appeared on panels at 2020 CNP meetings speaking on “Election Integrity: Securing the Ballot Box” and “Election Integrity: Action Steps.” Mitchell also serves on the board of directors of the Bradley Foundation, run by fellow CNP board member Richard Graber. Following Biden’s victory, Mitchell tweeted that the Georgia recount was “A FAKE!!!” She traveled to Georgia as a volunteer legal adviser for Trump’s campaign and helped to file a December 2020 lawsuit challenging the returns. According to The Washington Post’s Robert O’Harrow Jr., “On December 30, Mitchell wrote to [then–White House chief of staff] Mark Meadows and offered to send some 1,800 pages of documents purporting to support claims of election fraud.” On January 2, Mitchell took part in Trump’s infamous call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, of whom Trump famously demanded, “I just want to find 11,780 votes.” The call was leaked, and when Mitchell’s role was disclosed, she was obliged to resign from her position at the Foley & Lardner law firm. But Mitchell continues her work through her strategy sessions at the CNP, her board membership at the Bradley Foundation, her Apple podcast Who’s Counting?, and her November 2021 appointment to the Board of Advisors of the federal Election Assistance Commission, which certifies voting systems—including voting machines—and advises local officials on compliance with federal regulations.
Richard Graber
CEO, Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation
This Milwaukee foundation has assets of some $900 million. Graber is a member of the board of governors of the CNP, while CNP election strategist Cleta Mitchell is one of the foundation’s 11 board members. The Koch network and the DeVos family philanthropies may have received more attention, but the Bradley Foundation’s strategic, longtime focus on state-level politics has allowed it to make a major impact, using its home state of Wisconsin as a laboratory. In 2012 to 2013, the foundation spent more than $8 million on a network of groups promoting a right-to-work law also supported by then-Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (a fellow CNP board member) and attacking Wisconsin trade unions. The resulting right-to-work law crippled the unions and contributed to Wisconsin’s shift from a Democratic to a swing state. In 2021, the Bradley Foundation earmarked $600,000 for the American Legislative Exchange Council’s voter management campaign software and other activities, bringing its ALEC contributions to $5.4 million over the previous decade. In 2020 and 2021, the foundation gave $200,000 to the Claremont Institute. Claremont has played a critical role in the radical right’s promotion of false claims of fraud and the efforts to rewrite voting laws in advance of the 2024 elections; John Eastman, who drafted the infamous six-point memo used by Trump to challenge the Electoral College on January 6, is a Claremont senior fellow. The foundation also contributed $300,000 to the Public Interest Legal Foundation (chaired by Cleta Mitchell) and $175,000 to the Heritage Foundation’s election law initiative, both of which promoted Trump’s false claims of fraud.
Lisa Nelson
CEO, American Legislative Exchange Council
Nelson came to ALEC in 2014 after previous stints on Newt Gingrich’s staff and at GOPAC, the Republican state and local political training organization. ALEC was co-founded in 1973 by Paul Weyrich, also a co-founder of the CNP. ALEC convenes corporate sponsors and Republican state legislators to “collaborate” on model bills—including legislation to oppose environmental regulation and gun control. In April 2020, The Washington Post reported that Nelson, Jenny Beth Martin, and Adam Brandon were leading an effort to organize a group of businesspeople to help Trump “jump-start” the economy in the depths of the Covid epidemic. Nelson continued her efforts over 2020 and doubled down after the Biden’s victory. From December 2 to 4, 2020, ALEC hosted a secret “process working group” for Republican state legislators, election commissioners, and attorneys to develop strategies on election oversight and redistricting. In July 2021, ALEC hosted and financed an “academy” under the rubric of the “Honest Elections Project” in conjunction with its annual meeting, with panels featuring Cleta Mitchell and other CNP strategists. Nelson offered a preview of their project to rewrite election laws at the CNP’s May 2021 meeting: “We’ve been targeting our efforts on those states that have had issues—Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Florida to a certain degree.” Currently, Republicans control 30 state legislatures, including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. If successfully implemented, the independent state legislature initiative could determine the outcome of the 2024 elections, regardless of the popular vote.
Daniel J. Schultz
Attorney and founder, Precinct Strategy
Schultz was an early proponent of the idea that Republican-controlled legislatures could overturn election results—later promoted as the “independent state legislature doctrine.” In some interpretations, Republican-controlled state legislatures could nullify the popular vote and send their own electors to put Trump in office. The key to his strategy? Purging from the Republican Party inconveniently ethical officials like Brad Raffensperger, starting at the precinct level. “We can take over the party if we invade it,” Schultz told Steve Bannon on his podcast in February 2021. Over the following months, there was a surge in candidates for precinct chairman positions across the country. Schultz has pointed to the strategy’s success in Arizona as a model. ProPublica reported that in one Maricopa district, the precinct roster grew by 63 percent in less than six months. Schultz’s website asks: “Can we get 3/10 of 1% of the 74 M Trump America Firsters to Become Republican Precinct Committeemen? To TAKE OVER The Republican Party? To Save the Republic?” He points out that precinct committeemen are the ones who elect the state party leaders and are the only ones who can vote to endorse primary candidates; in some states, they are the only ones who can nominate candidates to fill vacancies in state legislatures. The logic is that full slates of pro-Trump precinct chairs could guarantee pro-Trump candidates on the Republican state-level ballots in 2022, who could be activated to enact the independent state legislature doctrine in 2024—subject to judicial review. Donald Trump approves. On February 27, 2022, he issued a statement endorsing Schultz’s project.

History[edit]
In July 2015, Joe Seales began live streaming rallies for then candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential election. After his videos began to accumulate over a million views, Seales tapped into the demand for unedited Trump footage. Thus, Seales created Right Side Broadcasting to "show the full context" of Trump's speeches.[4][5]
Since RSBN began gaining in popularity the company has accumulated hundreds of millions of views on its YouTube channel.[5]
Platforms[edit]
RSBN is best known for its YouTube channel.[4]
2016–2019 coverage[

During the summer of 2016, the company started several shows with Wayne Dupree and pastor Mark Burns.[1] During the third presidential debate in 2016, Donald Trump live streamed RSBN's coverage of the debates on his Facebook page.[6][7] In October 2016, the company received $40,000 in donations.[8]
On October 24, in collaboration with the RSBN, Trump launched a nightly newscast on his Facebook page.[9][10] Several commentators wondered whether the company may collaborate with Trump to form "Trump TV".[10][11] Seales, in response, told Business Insider that the speculation was "unfounded."[12] Trump told WLW that he was not interested in setting up the company after the election.[13][14]
According to Seales, Trump "watched the network a lot" on his private jet during his 2016 presidential campaign and that Trump appreciated the company for showing his crowds.[12] Seales has also stated that he was in regular communication with Dan Scavino, Trump's director of social media.[8]
In 2016, RSBN was the official live streaming platform for the Trump campaign's Facebook page, where their footage reached almost 300 million views.[15] Their YouTube channel grossed almost 120 million views.[16]
On December 7, 2016, Right Side Broadcasting Network was given access to the White House Press Room during Donald Trump's presidency.[17] After Trump's press conference on January 11, 2017, Drudge Report featured the network's feed on their front page.[8][18]

2020 presidential election coverage[
Right Side Broadcasting Network continued covering all of the campaign rallies for President Donald Trump from the beginning of 2020. The first 2020 campaign rally took place in Toledo, Ohio on January 9, 2020.[20] RSBN covered campaign rallies for Trump until he took a hiatus from campaigning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[21] RSBN began covering campaign rallies once more after President Trump began campaigning again with his June 2020 rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma.[22] RSBN also covered Trump's speech and fireworks celebration at Mount Rushmore on July 3, 2020.[23]
Over the span of the 2020 presidential election, RSBN's coverage of Donald Trump's campaign rallies received over 127 million views on YouTube.[16]

the consequences of anthropomorphic climate change, due to the carbon dioxide and methane waste produced by humanity's relentless burning of fossil fuels, are becoming more pronounced with each passing year. Record heat waves, extreme cold, prolonged droughts, powerful storms, torrential precipitation, crop failures, wildfires, melting ice caps, sea-level rise, and biodiversity loss are all symptoms of modern civilization's seemingly unbreakable addiction to oil. The data, according to the planet's scientists, is as irrefutable as the most successful scientific theories like the Standard Model of Particle Physics and Quantum Mechanics.
That conclusion is not limited to academia, however. Last year, the office of the Director of National Intelligence published a 27-page report outlining in no uncertain terms the risks that climate change poses to the security of the United States and beyond.
"We assess that climate change will increasingly exacerbate risks to US national security interests as the physical impacts increase and geopolitical tensions mount about how to respond to the challenge," the document's opening brief states.
READ MORE:‘All hearsay’: Attorney teaches Jim Jordan a hard lesson about spreading misinformation
The United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) wrote in its 2022 assessment:
Climate change impacts and risks are becoming increasingly complex and more difficult to manage. Multiple climate hazards will occur simultaneously, and multiple climatic and non-climatic risks will interact, resulting in compounding overall risk and risks cascading across sectors and regions. Some responses to climate change result in new impacts and risks.
It is unequivocal that climate change has already disrupted human and natural systems.Past and current development trends (past emissions, development and climate change) have not advanced global climate resilient development (very high confidence). Societal choices and actions implemented in the next decade determine the extent to which medium- and long-term pathways will deliver higher or lower climate resilient development (high confidence). Importantly climate resilient development prospects are increasingly limited if current greenhouse gas emissions do not rapidly decline, especially if 1.5°C global warming is exceeded in the near term (high confidence). These prospects are constrained by past development, emissions and climate change, and enabled by inclusive governance, adequate and appropriate human and technological resources, information, capacities and finance (high confidence).
Meanwhile, President Joe Biden, who campaigned on a commitment to renewable energy, is receiving an enormous amount of flak for issuing permits for expanding exploration and drilling on public lands to mitigate historically high gas prices, which are linked to price gouging by oil producers. But, earlier this month, House Republicans – entrenched in their credo of blaming Biden for everything – unanimously voted against a measure that would have curbed corporate exploitation.
Additionally, the Supreme Court's right-wing majority is expected to issue a ruling on Thursday that would cripple the Environmental Protection Agency's legal authority to regulate and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from some of the nation's worst polluters.
Despite the accelerating frequency and intensity of climate-driven emergencies, as well as the unanimous warnings that have been ringing from credible experts in their respective fields, the Republican Party at large continues to sow doubt that the problem exists. The GOP is currently the only major political organization in the industrialized world that refuses to acknowledge the reality of manmade climate change, with some of its members going so far as to call it a hoax – and demanding even greater consumption of dirty hydrocarbon power – while their constituents and communities suffer.
That brings us to today.
On Wednesday afternoon, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia) – an outspoken conspiracy theorist and defender of the fossil fuel cabal – authored a Twitter post that captured the cognitive dissonance within the American conservative movement.
"Why are so many food manufacturing and processing plants catching fire? Why did thousand of cattle all die in a heat wave? Usually just the old, sick, or weak die in stressful conditions, not the whole herd. Food security is national security," the freshman lawmaker tweeted.
...
This was not the first instance of outright denial by Greene. On June 13th, she told the Right Side Broadcasting Networkthat dumping carbon dioxide into the atmosphere is actually a positive development.
“The temperature tracking is from the 1800s. We’ve already warmed 1 degree Celsius and do you know what’s happened since then?” she said. “We have had more food grown since then, which feeds people. We are able to produce fossil fuels, keep people’s houses warm in the winter. That saves people’s lives, people die in the cold. This Earth warming, and carbon, is actually healthy for us. It helps feed people, it helps keep people alive.”

2021 Conservative Political Action Conference, underway on Thursday, is being covered by Right Side Broadcasting — a conservative media outlet founded in 2015. During a panel discussion that Right Side was covering, speakers promoted the debunked claim that former President Donald Trump really won the 2020 election — inspiring Right Side to cut away with an emphatic disclaimer.
Obviously hoping to shield Right Side from legal liability, a host jumped in and told viewers, "There's a lot of sensitive topics being talked about right now. We want everyone to do their own research in regards to what they're talking about in this discussion right now —anything with the election, anything like that. It's important to do your own research."
