Taxation

<p>As the group sets up in one of the cities, they are required to pay taxes.&#160;

Someone questions this need, describes taxes as theft. Collector replies that taxes are used to protect the city, from threats outside and inside the city. taxes also go to people who work directly for the benefit of the community. States that without taxes the city would not be able to function or remain safe and secure. It is the responsibility of contribution, what an individual can do for the whole.</p>
