TOOLS
User alert
Over 200 tools are included here in this brain. There are more out there....they seem to breed like PhDs. I am with Waterson et al when they say the HF community really needs to rationalise and consolidate their toolkit.
I have included many of the tools I have come across. I have linked information to any of the tools used frequently and where I have been able to find reliable sources or peer-referenced materials online.
If a tool is no longer recommended for current practice, I will put a tag on it and include the reference that led me to believe that was needed. No point wasting time and resources using a broken or blunt tool. (No offence intended if you invented it. Happy to hear reasons why it's not broken or blunt.)
Not all the tools listed will have further information - if you can provide a reliable references I am happy to add information to this product.
Beware - HF professionals love a good acronym! :)
