This is a status report for a claim of U.S Treasury Debt for the sum of $4224MM, excluding interest at 8 ¼ % issued 15 May 1975 that has been frustrated by the authorities. This claim for Treasury Bond CUSIP number 912810 BU1 was filed for Premature Redemption in 1998 with the Claims Division of the Bureau of Public Debt, Washington DC, Federal Reserve Bank of NY and Bankers Trust NY.
My authority to act for the deceased is a matter of record since 1993 with the relevant authorities and my continued representation has been confirmed by my legal representatives in 2000. My POA allows me to assign, transfer, convey, cancel, terminate and release all right and title and interest which they ‘Administrators, next of kin’ or any of them or the said deceased has/had, or claims to have or have had in any financial instruments debentures notes and/or securities and/or property maintained in the commercial sector by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, financial institutions or dealers in securities, trusts or fiduciary estates and/or other property subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, connected or associated with Ronald George Martin also known as David Green. This transfer of authority is by operation of law and is authorised by reason of judicial appointment or approval in connection with testamentary disposition or intestate succession.
This report also represents the academic pursuit that has perpetuated this claim and the background influencing the collapse of the Nixon Administration and the sensitivities that have eluded historians due to non-disclosure of the Nixon tapes. The information of the abuse of power from the release of the Cabinet Room tapes (2388 hours) in chronological order should only be available in 2005. The maturity date for the CUSIP is 15 May 2005.
_The call date of 15 May 2000 is 100% effective as confirmed by the Secretary of The US Treasury Lawrence Summers and President Bill Clinton. _
