The goals of Arkansas Nation=State are to bring Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness back to the People in a Republican form of self governance.(DeJure)
We are lawfully and peacefully re-assembling government de jure through our State General Jural Assembly and Common Law Grand Jury. Membership in the Arkansas General Jural Assembly confers a change of status, it’s a change of status to We the People which requires a Covenant unto God, our Creator, and an oath between the members to ensure our safety... of the people, by the people, for the people. The term “people” = those with the power (not nationals - a term made up by the corporation, the term national didn’t even exist as a noun until 1878 and the only place to find national is in the United States Code; not citizens; not the inhabitants).
In our form of government as the Republic we have the free inhabitants, the people, and the public servants which are the citizens. The free inhabitants and the people are different types of “citizens” in the sense that we live in the Nation, it’s where we’ve declared our residency. But we don’t need anything more than our Creator for that, we don’t need government other than to defend. We receive nothing from the State beyond the protection of our life, securing our happiness and safety from foreign invasion, foreign enemies and internal insurrection (such as fundamentally altering our form of government and subjecting us to pretended acts of legislation is a declared act of tyranny in the Declaration of Independence. “ Tyrants are our declared enemy, giving aid to the enemy is treason (a fact of law)..
Hale v. Henkel 1915.
Arkansas Nation=State is our interim de jure government. When we have settled 33 counties, we are recognized as being “settled” (we have reseated our original de jure state government) by the National Assembly and the Hague. When 38 States are similarly settled, we will have a constitutional convention to restore the rightful de jure government. At this time, 31 states are involved in their resettlement. The military has been standing by since the civil war for a return to a lawfully resettled de jure civilian government, they have also been involved in teaching us how to do this.
State meetings (when the Republic is restored)
The State has a 5 district plan in place with 75 representatives;
- 1 each per county
And 25 senators
- 5 each per district
They will be voted in and approved after the Counties are set up, and their County Settlement Covenants are voted In by the members of their counties.
That is when they are recognized as fully seated and settled.
In 1836, when Arkansas became a state, there were 33 counties in Arkansas. These counties were:
- Arkansas County
- Crawford County
- Hempstead County
- Hot Spring County
- Izard County
- Lawrence County
- Miller County
- Phillips County
- Pulaski County
- Chicot County
- Clark County
- Crittenden County
- Desha County
- Independence County
- Jefferson County
- Johnson County
- Lafayette County
- Madison County
- Monroe County
- Montgomery County
- Pike County
- Pope County
- St. Francis County
- Saline County
- Scott County
- Sevier County
- Union County
- Washington County
- White County
- Conway County
- Franklin County
- Carroll County
- Greene County.
In order to re-settle Arkansas we must re-settle counties based on the number of counties in existence in 1836. Since then, boundaries have changed, some counties were divided up. Nevertheless, there were 33 counties at that time. Once we have 33 counties settled Arkansas Nation=State becomes recognized and registered.
