AWS Lambda
AWS Lambda is a serverless computing service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). It allows users to run code without provisioning or managing servers, which enables developers to build and deploy applications faster and with less infrastructure overhead. With AWS Lambda, users only pay for the compute time that they consume and can scale their applications automatically in response to demand.
Users can write their code in one of several supported languages, including Node.js, Python, Java, Go, and C#, and upload it to Lambda. The service then takes care of executing the code and managing the resources needed to run it, such as CPU, memory, and network bandwidth.
AWS Lambda can be used to build a variety of applications, such as web and mobile backends, data processing pipelines, and chatbots. It can also be integrated with other AWS services, such as Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon API Gateway, to create fully serverless architectures.
