DiscoveryNow is a human curated digital garden.
This growing collection of resources dedicated to exploring:
- the experience of awakening (self-realization) and
- the power of neuroplasticity (neural change within the brain).
Two significant discoveries, and the Integrated Insights from these discoveries, serve as the inspiration and foundation for developing the DiscoveryNow library.
These resources are curated by Metta Zetty, and are displayed within a dynamic, interactive interface called TheBrain.
Library Purpose
DiscoveryNow is the resource and reference library for individuals and groups participating in the Discovery Dialogues with Metta Zetty, as well as students of Metta's free Thrive Neural Retraining program.
This digital garden can also serve as a starting point for expanding and deepening your own journey of discovery.
