Definition of a radical cure

the term "radical cure" is typically used with respect to clearing all parasites in a human (asexual, sexual and dormant). As such it is a term I would typically associate with having relapse prevention potential as a consequence of killing hypnozoites in vivax or ovale malaria (in addition to other stages) and currently there is no evidence to support that of this target (but it would be super if such activity existed - and the fact that it is an epigenetic regulator offers some possibility).
